Assotech Cabana Homestay

Who this is

Assotech Cabana Homestay, Windsor Park, Gate No.3, Assotech Cabana, 5, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201014. We rent independent, furnished one-bedroom flats to guests on a nightly basis. This page explains what we do with the information you give us.

What we hold about you

• Your name and mobile number, so we know whose booking it is and can reach you.
• Your booking — which flat, which nights, the amount, and whether it is paid.
• WhatsApp messages between you and us about your stay.
• A payment screenshot, if you send one, until the payment is confirmed.
• Government photo ID where the law requires us to record it for guests staying overnight.

We do not ask for, and do not store, your card details or bank login. Payments are made directly to our UPI account through your own bank's app.

What we do with it

We use it to take your booking, let you into the flat, answer you on WhatsApp, and keep the records a lodging business has to keep. That is all.

We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising. It is shared only where we have no choice: with the police or another authority when the law requires it.

Google account data

Our own staff panel can be connected to the owner's Google Contacts. When it is, it reads names and phone numbers only, and only so that a number messaging us on WhatsApp shows up as a person's name instead of eleven digits.

• It reads names and numbers, and nothing else — no email, no address, no notes.
• If the owner switches it on, the panel may also add a guest to the owner's own Google Contacts, so their name shows when they call. It adds only guests who have booked, it never edits or deletes anything that is already there, and it adds nobody Google already has. This is off unless the owner turns it on.
• The names stay on our own server. They are never sent anywhere else, sold, or used for advertising, and no human at Google or elsewhere reads them through us.
• They are not used to train any AI model.
• The owner can disconnect it at any time from the panel, or from Google account permissions.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept as long as the business needs them for its accounts and for the registers a lodging house must maintain. Payment screenshots are deleted once the payment is confirmed. WhatsApp conversations stay in our panel until you ask us to remove them.

Asking us to change or delete it

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete whatever we are not required by law to keep. WhatsApp or call +917838752910.

Keeping it safe

The panel is behind a password and reachable only over an encrypted connection. The guest pages ask for a password before showing a booking, and sign a guest out once their stay is over, so a booking is not left on screen on a shared phone.
