A booking is confirmed when the advance reaches our account — not when the form is submitted. Until then the flat may still be taken by somebody else. You will be told on WhatsApp the moment it is confirmed.
The rate shown is per night for the whole flat. The total for your dates is shown before you book.
Check-in is from 12:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Earlier check-in or later checkout can sometimes be arranged — ask us, and please do not assume it.
Every guest staying overnight must show government photo ID. This is a legal requirement for lodging, not our preference.
Each flat is independent and yours alone for the nights you have booked — no shared rooms and no other guests. Please treat it as you would your own home.
Entry is from Gate No.3 only, and parking is not allowed inside the society. Smoking inside the flat, parties, and noise that disturbs the neighbours are not allowed; the society enforces this and so do we.
Damage or anything missing is charged at what it costs to put right.
Tell us as early as you can. What can be refunded depends on how close to the date you tell us and whether we can let the flat to somebody else — so an early message is worth real money to you. We will always tell you the position plainly before you decide.
The code we send you is yours, for your nights only, and stops working when your stay ends. Please do not pass it to anybody who is not staying with you.
